Delete Your Account

Learn how to permanently delete your Pingo account and data

Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data including check-ins, location history, friend connections, and account information will be completely removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Method 1: Delete Account In-App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the Pingo app. Follow these simple steps:

Open the Profile Tab

Launch the Pingo app and tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll to Account Actions

Scroll down to the profile actions section until you see the "Delete Account" button.

Tap Delete Account

Tap the "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm this action.

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Method 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact our support team:

Send an email to from the email address associated with your Pingo account.

Important:

  • Use the same email address that you registered with
  • Include "Delete My Account" in the subject line
  • We'll process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours

For security reasons, we can only process deletion requests from the registered email address.

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

This deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your account or any of your data once it has been deleted.
