Learn how to permanently delete your Pingo account and data
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data including check-ins, location history, friend connections, and account information will be completely removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the Pingo app. Follow these simple steps:
Launch the Pingo app and tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to the profile actions section until you see the "Delete Account" button.
Tap the "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm this action.
Read the warning carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact our support team:
Send an email to pingo@toorun.dev from the email address associated with your Pingo account.
Important:
For security reasons, we can only process deletion requests from the registered email address.
